We simply require a form of identification. For international students, this is typically a passport number or VISA information.

Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be US citizen and meet Collegiate Suites and Hunters Ridge’s standard income and credit requirements.

Students can also take advantage of two alternative options for financial qualifications: prepayment of the security deposit or enrollment in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Security deposits are equal to two months' rent. The Guarantor Waiver Program is a convenient option that requires a monthly fee of approximately $70 and eliminates the need to provide a guarantor or pay a security deposit.

Collegiate Suites and Hunters Ridge offers a variety of tour options to suit your needs. If you’re unable to visit in person, we provide FaceTime and virtual tours for a personalized experience. Additionally, we can offer detailed pre-recorded video tours if you prefer a more flexible option.
